Abhay Bhutada topped the list as India’s highest-paid executive in FY24, earning ₹241.21 crore. He is part of the Poonawalla Group and previously led Poonawalla Fincorp, securing a CRISIL AAA rating and driving financial growth. Beyond business, he actively supports education, healthcare, and sports for underprivileged communities through the Abhay Bhutada Foundation.
2. Pawan Munjal – ₹109.41 Crore
Pawan Munjal, Chairman and Wholetime Director of Hero MotoCorp, earned ₹109.41 crore in FY24. His strategic vision has positioned Hero MotoCorp as a dominant force in the two-wheeler industry, both in India and globally. His remuneration, which accounted for 0.28% of the company’s revenue and 2.92% of its net profit, reflects his critical role in steering the company forward.
3. Sudhir Singh – ₹105.12 Crore
As the Executive Director and CEO of Coforge, Sudhir Singh took home ₹105.12 crore in FY24. Under his leadership, Coforge has expanded significantly in IT consulting and digital transformation services. His compensation represented 1.14% of the company’s revenue and 13.01% of net profit, reinforcing his contribution to the company’s impressive trajectory.
