Electric commuter bike Revolt RV1 has been launched in India. It has been brought in two variants RV1 and RV1+, both priced at Rs 84990 and Rs 99990 respectively. It has been brought in two battery options. Out of which one is 2.2 kWh battery and 3.24 kWh battery. Both these batteries will give a range of 100 km and 160 km respectively.

Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer Revolt Motors has launched its second electric bike. The name of this bike is Revolt RV1. It has been launched in two variants RV1 and RV1+. Revolt's electric bike will compete with Ola Roadr X in India. Let us know with what features Revolt RV1 has been launched and what is its price.

RV1 and its variant premium have been introduced in four color options. The Revolt RV has been launched at an ex-showroom of Rs 84,990 whereas RV1+ has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 99,990. This launch will further improve the premium electric lineup of Revolt Motors that includes popular models like RV400 and RV400 BRZ.

It has a 6-inch digital LCD display. Along with that, it has trendy LED head and tail lights. Both variants have inbuilt charger storage. It has dual disc brakes, which normally are not part of some other commuter motorcycles. A number of speed modes are available on the bike, out of which one is reverse mode. This will make parking easy. The bike will have wide tires, which will make the bike more stable.

It is based on a mid-motor chain drive system. It has two options regarding the battery: one is a 2.2 kWh battery that covers a range of 100 km, and at the same time, the second battery is 3.24 kWh-it gives a range of 160 km. The company claims that both battery options are IP67-rated for water resistance. The bike comes with fast-charging technology, which in turn, charges the complete bike's battery in just 1.5 hours.

The company announced the upgrade of RV400 during the launch of RV1. The company will provide it with a fast charger, which will be fully charged in just 90 minutes, while the reverse mode feature makes it easy to park this bike. It has better digital display features, a comfortable seat, Bluetooth connectivity, an in-built leg guard, and a center stand. Besides these, there is also an extended range of 160 km.
