Daily Use Of Milk And Curd Is Associated With The Risk Of High Blood Pressure And Diabetes

Experts say that by using milk and curd daily, a person stays away from diabetes and high blood pressure. A ten-year trial conducted on about 1.5 lakh adults in 21 countries has revealed. The research has been published in the online research journal 'BMJ Open Diabetes Research and Care'.

What will happen if we use milk and curd daily?

According to the report, 1 lakh 47 thousand 812 people from 21 countries of Asia, America, South America, Africa, and Europe were included in the test. All the participants who took part in the trial ranged in age from 35-70 years. Researchers say that for one year, detailed questions were asked about the eating habits and health of the participants. Apart from this, diet and health were monitored at intervals during the next 9 years. For testing, researchers divided dairy products into two varieties. With one 'fat-rich' such as milk and the other 'low-fat' such as skim milk, it was observed that the number of dairy products remained in daily use.
