Air Force Group Captain's son arrested in murder case: Car climbing 3.5-year-old girl in Delhi

Delhi Police on Monday arrested Samark Malik (20), who boarded a car on a three-and-a-half-year-old girl. Samarka is the son of Group Captain Bharat Malik of the Indian Air Force and a student at Amity University. Delhi Police said that both the car and the driver are in their custody.
The police received information from RML Hospital at 5.20 pm on 26 February that a three-and-a-half-year-old girl had an accident and died before reaching the hospital. The girl's mother works in homes in Arjan Vihar. On his complaint, the police filed an FIR under Section 279/304A of the IPC against Samarka and arrested him.
The police also said that the Samarka was taken to Delhi Cantt Hospital, DDU Hospital and then RML Hospital with the injured girl and her parents, but doctors here declared her dead. The police are investigating the matter
