2024 Force Gurkha 5-door will receive a new digital cluster infotainment system, new details revealed

The upcoming 5-door Gurkha has begun to receive teases from Force Motors. Along with introducing the 5-door Gurkha in India, Force is also planning to introduce an upgraded 3-door variant. For some time now, the 2024 Force Gurkha 5-door has been undergoing testing by the manufacturer. It is now anticipated that this off-road vehicle will be released very soon following the release of the teaser.

A new, all-digital instrument cluster will be included with the 2024 Gurkha 5-door, according to the teaser. The driver will be able to view all pertinent information, including the tyre pressure monitoring system. There will also be a new touchscreen infotainment system, which is expected to be a new unit and will come with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

Additionally, the teaser also reveals that the 5-door Gurkha will be offered in a 7-seat configuration. So, the mid-row will have a bench seat and the third row will have two individual chairs. However, there is no third headrest in the mid-row. In the three-door version, rear occupants will have to enter through the tailgate or by sliding the front seats forward, which may be a bit cumbersome. Therefore, adding a set of rear doors will make entry and exit much easier.

The Gurkha 5-door will be based on the same ladder frame chassis as the 3-door model. However, the wheelbase will be lengthened to accommodate the rear doors. Force is also using a new set of alloy wheels for the new Gurkha.

This 5-door SUV from Force will be powered by a 2.6-litre diesel engine sourced from Mercedes-Benz. It produces a maximum power of 89 bhp and a torque of 250 Nm. It will come with a 5-speed manual gearbox and 4x4 system with front and rear locking differentials which can be seen in the teaser.
