Users of WhatsApp might soon get a new feature. These days, this Meta-owned platform is developing editing tools driven by AI. With Android beta version 2.24.7.13, this feature was recently observed. Users will be able to edit photos on WhatsApp using AI with the new feature.

This feature is presently undergoing testing, per WABetaInfo. Within the next few months, it can be made available to all users.

Editing tools driven by AI may soon be made available to WhatsApp users. Here, users will be able to artistically alter photos. The report states that WhatsApp will offer three features: Expand, Restyle, and Background. It has been reported that WhatsApp will have a drawing editor option next to the HD icon. Where users are going to be able to use it.

The Background feature will allow changing the background in the photo. Which will bring a different touch to the image. Through Restyle, users will be able to give an artistic look to the image and finally, the Expand feature will allow them to adjust the size of the photo as per their choice. Through this feature, users will be able to make images even more creative.

WABetaInfo has also said that this feature will be made available for free to all users. Once this feature is rolled out, the chatting experience of the users will improve. The drawing editor catalogue will include high-definition image transfer, image rotation and crop options, stickers, and text options.
