The minimum temperatures in most cities in the state are being recorded 2 to 7 degrees Celsius higher than normal. The night temperature in Barmer touched 23 degrees Celsius, which is quite high for this season.

Because of the bright sunlight in the western districts, people are avoiding going out in the daytime. According to the Meteorological Center, Jaipur, the weather will remain dry in the state for the next week. The temperatures are also expected to increase by up to 3 degrees Celsius in the next two to three days.

On Sunday, the sky remained clear across the state, with bright sunshine from morning to evening. In the last 24 hours, Barmer recorded the highest maximum temperature of 36.5 degrees Celsius. Jodhpur also recorded 35.1 degrees Celsius, Fatehpur (Sikar) 35.5 degrees Celsius, Jaisalmer 34.7 degrees Celsius, Bikaner 34.4 degrees Celsius, Phalodi 34.6 degrees Celsius, Chittorgarh 34.6 degrees Celsius, Karauli 33.3 degrees Celsius, Jalore 33.5 degrees Celsius, Dausa 33.4 degrees Celsius, Nagaur 33.2 degrees Celsius, Churu 33.6 degrees Celsius, Kota 33.4 degrees Celsius, Pilani 33.7 degrees Celsius, Vanasthali 33 degrees Celsius, Bhilwara 33 degrees Celsius, and Jaipur 32.2 degrees Celsius.
