Due To This Indian Player, Suryakumar Yadav's Test Debut May Be Eclipsed

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is unlikely to be fully fit before the Bangladesh Test series (India vs Bangladesh Test) starting on December 14 in Chittagong. This information was given by the source of the Indian Cricket Team. India has three options in the form of first off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, left-arm spinner Akshar Patel and left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav, so there is hardly a need for a fourth specialist spinner in the team. If the team management wants a spinner all-rounder like Jadeja, then this option would be India A bowler, Saurabh Kumar.

There is speculation that the new selection committee or the Indian team management (in case the new committee is not formed by then) would like to test Suryakumar Yadav's excellent form in the longer format of the game. India has to play two Tests and three ODIs in Bangladesh and a strong team led by Rohit Sharma is ready to tour the neighboring country.

India will play two Tests in Chittagong from December 14-18 and Mirpur from December 22-26 after the three-match ODI series in the first week of next month. Jadeja underwent knee surgery after the Asia Cup in UAE and was out of the team indefinitely.
