Apple is currently refining the design of its electric vehicle prototype. The business isn't currently launching this car, though. The Apple EV car's launch date has been pushed back once more.

This is just another delay on Apple's part to offer its customers an autonomous electric vehicle.

According to media reports, the company has currently postponed the launch of the Apple EV car to 2028. It is known that earlier there were reports of Apple Vehicle being launched in the year 2026.

Apple is working on improving its vehicle and adding some more features. Apple is going to present its upcoming vehicle as an autonomous vehicle without pedals and steering wheel.

If reports are to be believed, Apple's vehicle will be operated with a Level 2+ system. With this system, the vehicle will be able to do autonomous lane centring and adaptive cruise control at the same time.

This level of technology is a few steps below Level 4, which allows the vehicle to be driven autonomously in certain situations.

Following meetings with CEO Tim Cook, project manager Kevin Lynch, and members of the company's board, Apple decided to change course on the Titan project.

About the project in 2023, the board had attempted to exert pressure on the company's leadership.

Work on Apple Vehicle has reportedly been ongoing since 2014. Apple is currently developing this vehicle.

But, the company hasn't made any official announcements in the past few years about the name, features, and advancement of the vehicle.
