The inauguration was graced by the Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Avinash Gehlot, alongside local MLA Gopal Sharma, former MLA Ashok Lahoti, and other prominent BJP leaders.
The café's CEOs, CA Anjali Jain and CA Kunal Patolia, were also present at the event, which saw a gathering of notable personalities from Jaipur, including JD Maheshwari and Shrimant Pandey.
During the inauguration, Minister Gehlot emphasized the importance of consuming safe and healthy sweets during the festival season. “With Diwali approaching, our government is keen on ensuring that people enjoy safe sweets. We are keeping a strict watch on adulterators, and the food safety department is actively taking action,” he stated.
Gehlot further noted the growing number of establishments in Jaipur that prioritize the health of their customers by offering high-quality sweets and food items. “Strict action will be taken against any vendors compromising on consumer health,” he added.
The highlight of Tyauhaar Café is its premium sweets, which include offerings made with gold and silver dust, priced at approximately ₹50,000 per kilogram, making them among the most luxurious and exclusive sweets in Jaipur. The café will also feature famous desserts from London and the USA, alongside traditional ghee-based sweets from Bengal and Rajasthan.
Given the increasing demand for sweets during Diwali, the café promises to deliver the perfect balance of health and taste, ensuring that each sweet is not only delicious but also adheres to strict quality standards.
