In its fifth edition, ABECA 2026 honours 120 companies across 16 categories, based on 19 lakh reviews submitted by employees. The awards are built entirely on feedback from employees who worked in these organisations during the calendar year 2025, making them a credible reflection of workplace experience and employee sentiment at scale.

What sets ABECA apart is its employee-first and transparent approach. Companies do not apply or pay to participate, and there is no jury involved. Winners are determined solely based on authentic employee reviews shared on AmbitionBox, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to real, unbiased workplace insights.

ABECA 2026 follows a rigorous and transparent methodology. Companies are evaluated based on qualifying reviews submitted by current and former employees between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
