At a time when structured agencies, formal pageants and predefined career tracks dominate the creative industry, Riya Singh has built her professional identity independently—guided by instinct, discipline and a strong inner compass. Beginning her journey at the age of eighteen, Riya Singh entered the modeling world without any agency backing, relying instead on social media, professional networking and direct collaborations with photographers and videographers.

Her early work included high-jewelry and bridal campaigns, shot with well-known photographers across Delhi and Jaipur. These assignments laid the foundation for her understanding of branding, visual storytelling and self-representation—skills that would later shape her parallel career in digital strategy and marketing quality control.

At twenty-two, Riya Singh added another dimension to her journey by becoming an author. She released her first book, The Portal Between Darkness and Light, a non-fiction work rooted in spirituality and inner transformation. The book explores the idea of finding one’s own light during difficult phases of life, reflecting Singh’s personal experiences with emotional setbacks, healing and self-discovery.

Professionally, Riya Singh currently works as a Quality Control Manager at a marketing agency, a field she has been part of for over six years. As a social media strategist and brand consultant, she has worked with both national and international clients, including dental brands, service-led companies, jewelry houses and fashion labels. Her portfolio includes collaborations with some national and international brands . According to Singh, her role is not just about visibility but about helping brands grow with clarity and consistency in the digital space.

Beyond corporate and creative pursuits, spirituality remains central to Riya Singh’s life. Yoga, which she has practiced since childhood, became a deeper commitment during the COVID-19 lockdown. During that period, she taught online yoga classes to more than 25,000 students through a digital platform. Post-pandemic, she formalized her practice by completing a yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh. Today, yoga remains a personal discipline rather than a commercial pursuit, offering her mental clarity and balance.

Riya Singh is also a certified Pranic Healer, trained through Rajasthan Foundation, Jaipur, with multiple certifications up to Crystal Pranic Healing. She describes healing as a transformative force that entered her life during emotionally challenging times and reshaped her outlook completely. While she practices healing primarily for herself, she credits it for bringing emotional resilience and inner stability.

Dance, particularly Latin dance, is another form of meditation for Riya Singh. Introduced to Latin dance in Jaipur in 2022, she has trained in styles such as Kizomba and performed at festivals across India. While dancing remains a hobby, she occasionally conducts private sessions for learners, viewing movement as a powerful tool for self-connection.

Social media, especially Instagram, has played a pivotal role in Singh’s evolution. A former media and journalism student, she used the platform not just to showcase work but to present her authentic self—her values, achievements and creative identity. This authenticity, she says, helped her build meaningful professional connections organically.

When asked about inspiration, Singh names herself as her biggest role model. Riya Singh believes growth is a lifelong process driven by self-awareness, self-love and inner strength. Her message to aspiring models, dancers and yoga practitioners is simple: trust your instinct, embrace challenges, and allow yourself to grow through every experience.

For Riya Singh, balance is not something to manage—it is something that flows naturally when life is lived from within.
