Nikki Tamboli Bows Out of ZEE TV’s 'Goriya Chali Gaon' Over Fee Dispute and Scheduling Conflicts

Bollywood actress Nikki Tamboli has officially opted out of ZEE TV’s upcoming reality show Goriya Chali Gaon, which features television stars like Tejasswi Prakash and Anita Hassanandani. Despite being approached to join the ensemble, Nikki has declined the offer, citing a mismatch in compensation and a packed schedule.

Known for her charisma and onscreen versatility, Nikki was a top choice for the makers, given her strong fan following and growing prominence in both films and digital platforms. However, she felt the offered remuneration did not reflect her market value.

In an exclusive statement, Nikki explained:

“I appreciate that the team considered me for the show. But my schedule is currently packed with an OTT film and other ongoing commitments. Also, the commercials didn’t align with what I felt was fair. We tried to negotiate, but it didn’t work out, so I had to step back. I wish the cast and crew all the best.”

While her absence from the show may disappoint her fans, Nikki remains focused on upcoming projects in the OTT and film space, where she continues to build a solid career on her terms.
