Legendary martial arts practitioner Jugeshwor Singh Kshetrimayum, who was born in Kakching, has been chosen by the Forever Star India Awards to compete for the coveted "Super Hero 2025 Title" in the Motivational Speaker category. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Jugeshwor's transformation from a small-town fan to a well-known martial arts coach and influencer is evidence of tenacity, drive, and strong leadership.

From Kakching to the World: The Ascent of a Pioneer in Martial Arts

Jugeshwor was the sixth of seven siblings born into a modest family in Kakching, Manipur. He learned Kung-Fu, Wushu, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Thang-Ta under the guidance of local masters Sharat, Maheshwar, and Jiten. Under the guidance of Grandmasters Huang Chien-Liang (USA) and Le Kim Hao Su (Vietnam), he first gained international recognition. Despite his modest upbringing, Jugeshwor used unwavering perseverance and dedication to establish the groundwork for his career.

In 2000, he established the New Kung-Fu Training School (NKTS) and trained more than 280 gold medallists for a small fee of Rs. 20. As India's Team Coach for international titles, such as the Vocotruyen Championship in Vietnam (2024) and the Muay Thai World Championship in Uzbekistan (2011), his impact grew.

Creating Warrior Kung-Fu Academy: A Bangalore Dream Come True

Jugeshwor started teaching in apartment complexes near Sarjapur Road after relocating to Bangalore in 2005. In 2020, he founded the Warrior Kung-Fu Academy with little money but boundless enthusiasm. Within two years, the academy had more than 200 students, and it currently has more than ten locations throughout Karnataka. His training facility offers top-notch instruction, enabling young people and those from disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in martial arts.

Through his International Academy for Learning Martial Arts in Manipur, Jugeshwor continues to coach national athletes and serves as the head of the India Kuo Shu Federation, which is connected to the World Kuo Shu Federation in the United States.

Jugeshwor’s dedication has earned him numerous national and international accolades, such as:

·        Gold Medal – 11th Zhengzhou Shaolin Wushu Championship (China, 2016)

·        Gold Medal – 7th Macau International Martial Arts Festival (2018)

·        Gold Medal – 2019 World Cup Wushu Championship (Taiwan)

·        Bronze – Asia Pacific Masters Games (Malaysia, 2018)

His students, under his coaching, have competed and won medals at elite championships, ensuring that India’s martial arts legacy is not just preserved but continuously elevated.

Jugeshwor received the Super Hero 2025 Title in the Motivational Speaker category from the Forever Star India in recognition of his work as a motivational speaker. He thinks,
