The new phone from OnePlus known as OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is soon to hit the market. The brand recently started teasing details about the design and the key features of the device. It seems that the release of the smartphone will coincide with the release of the OnePlus Buds Ace 3 true wireless earphones. The rumors about their features were already spread. Compared to Buds Ace 2, which was launched in China in December 2024, the new version may get even more improvements.

In a post on Weibo, the company hinted at an imminent launch for the OnePlus Buds Ace 3. The accompanying poster suggests that the headset will be unveiled later this month. The earphones are shown in black and white colors. The OnePlus Buds Ace 3's design appears familiar, with rounded stems, angled eartips, and a clean, glossy finish. Its charging case features a compact, pebble-shaped design with a matte finish, an LED indicator on the front, and a horizontal opening lead.

The upcoming OnePlus Buds Ace 3 true wireless earbuds are claimed to support active noise cancellation (ANC) up to 55dB. It is also said that these earbuds will offer a total battery life of up to 54 hours with the charging case. OnePlus says that the headset will feature special FPS tuning to improve game audio cues.

The previously launched OnePlus Buds Ace 2 were introduced in China in Flash Blue and Submarine Black (translated from Chinese) colors for CNY 179 (approximately Rs. 2,100). These earphones also feature an in-ear design, rounded stems, touch controls, and 12.4mm dynamic drivers, along with AI-supported dual microphones.

OnePlus also provided support for active noise cancellation, Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity with AAC and SBC codecs, Dual BassWave 2.0, and a low latency mode of 47ms in the Buds Ace 2.

Each earbud of the OnePlus Buds Ace 2 is equipped with a 58mAh battery, while the charging case has a 440mAh battery that can be charged via a USB Type-C port. These earphones are claimed to deliver up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge, and up to 43 hours with the case. They are also IP55 rated for dust and water resistance.
