The Proven Code™ Draws National Attention at Health Expo with Proof-First Approach

The Proven Code™ emerged as a focal point at the International Health and Wellness Expo 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi from 11th to 13th July. The Proven Code is one of India’s first nutraceutical brands to offer supplements made only from patented and clinically validated ingredients. The brand says there is a huge efficacy and safety issue, with most of the supplements being sold in the country. Many supplements contain unverified, unknown, and even toxic compounds, which are a huge risk to our liver, kidneys, and body. They are among the first in the country to include only world-class patented and clinically proven ingredients in all their supplements.

Launching its Proof First Movement at the expo, The Proven Code sparked a nationwide conversation about the need for clinical evidence behind supplements. The company is now working to ensure all its products are third-party tested, with results to be published online.
Here are some highlights from our interview with Mr. Gaurav Singh (Founder & Director) and Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh (Founder & Chief Medical Officer):

What inspired you to launch The Proven Code, and how is your approach different?

Gaurav Singh:
We started The Proven Code because we saw a serious problem—most supplements in India are sold on marketing promises, not real proof. In fact, even FSSAI confirms that more than 44,000 samples were found to be non-compliant in a single year 2022-23. An editorial in The Lancet (2024) remarked that most supplement claims have scant evidence beyond placebo. Our goal is simple: every product we offer must have some published clinical data and proven safety behind them. We don’t want anyone taking supplements blindly anymore.

You mentioned a safety issue with many supplements on the market. Can you elaborate?

As a doctor with over 30 years in medical practice, and after personally treating more than 15,000 patients, I've witnessed numerous cases where unverified supplements led to severe health complications, particularly affecting the liver and kidneys. Q: What steps are you taking to ensure the purity and quality of your products?
