Suraksha Diagnostics Acquires 63% Stake in Fetomat Wellness to Expand Maternal-Fetal Healthcare Services in Eastern India

This strategic acquisition merges advanced diagnostics with specialised prenatal care enabling Suraksha Diagnostics to incorporate the specialized maternal-fetal services of Fetomat into its extensive diagnostic network. This in turn enhances the continuum of care for expectant mothers. This partnership will help in early detection and management of fetal anomalies, high-risk pregnancies and other prenatal conditions, ensuring better health outcomes for both the mothers and their babies. The association enables the association of foetal medicine with genomics for the first time in Eastern India. This brings the leading edge genomic technology  to be available for patients here. Patients will benefit from the streamlined access to advanced diagnostics and specialized prenatal care, making certain timely interventions and better health outcomes.
