The event was attended by over 20,000 spectators, making the occasion even more exhilarating. Smitha was crowned by the acclaimed actor Vijay Deverakonda, marking another unforgettable milestone in her path and solidifying her place as a standout winner in the ATA pageant world.

Her impressive streak continued in November 2024, when she was named Mrs. USA Universe South Carolina and later secured a spot among the top five finalists in the highly competitive Mrs. USA Universe competition.

Through her My Princess Foundation, she mentors underprivileged girls, providing them with essential education and skills for self-sufficiency.
