Career-related mental issues include serious health hazards like stress, anxiety, hypertension, and diabetes, among many others. MeetCounsellor is bringing up an innovative training and technical platform called Certified Career Development Professional that is tailored for future-ready career counselling and emotional counselling services for today’s growing workforce.

MeetCousellor is the brainchild of Dr. Krishna Kumar Nair – mental health and education professional with a wealth of experience in psychology, mindfulness-based interventions, entrepreneurship, career development counselling, emotional intelligence, behavioural wellness, sustainable development, wellness coaching, nutrition, psychometrics, research, and education. In fact, he has worked as a strategic consultant for various organisations in India, Canada, and the Middle East. He created this platform intending to empower individuals through a wide range of professional counselling and behavioural management support.

MeetCounsellor is a registered skill development service provider under the central Ministry of Labor and Employment and is registered under the DDUGKY scheme in skill development. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) also approved the platform on the Digital Skilling initiative through internship provisions under multiple disciplines. Furthermore, the MeetCounsellor courses are now supported and certified by ISCHS, Global Skill School, International Career Counsellor’s Club, and skillcouncil.org.

The platform now offers the first ever comprehensive Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP) program, focusing on future career needs with the help of personal assessment and essential career skill development with customised psychometric tool facilities to provide new generation career management.

The platform also provides professional support for individuals from certified mental health experts and counsellors to offer mental health support, career counselling, behavioural counselling, education counselling, and other human life guidance. Its diverse services include child counselling, de-addiction counselling, clinical counselling, development disorder counselling, ADHD counselling, anger management, depression management, and many others. In addition, users can utilise the MeetCounsellor platform to reach out to their nearby expert psychologists, counsellors, and therapists from 140 cities spread around ten different countries to get support on their mental health issues.

During a discussion about the platform and its role in mental health management, Founder Dr. Krishna Kumar Nair shared, “In modern life, stress, anxiety, and mental health issues have become inevitable. These mental health issues can seriously damage our psychological as well as physical well-being if not addressed at the right time.
