It was during her tenure as the Regional Cross Sell Head of Axis Bank in Mumbai that Renuka first felt the stirrings of her desire to become a writer. In 2012, she began penning down her thoughts, eventually translating them into her debut novel over the course of four years. Inspired by her co-author Mahesh, whom she reconnected with after a decade, Renuka found the courage to embark on a collaborative writing journey that would culminate in her latest book.
At the heart of Renuka’s narrative lies a message of resilience and empowerment. Drawing from her own experiences, she emphasizes the importance of staying true to oneself in the face of adversity and overcoming obstacles with patience and perseverance. For professional women, Renuka offers words of encouragement, urging them to ignore the labels imposed by others and to assert their worth through their work.
Outside of her writing endeavors, Renuka leads a fulfilling life as a self-employed professional, dedicating long hours to her work while finding solace in her hobbies of reading, watching movies, and indulging in creative pursuits like stitching and crocheting.
