At the heart of the festival are two celebrated Malaysian chefs, Chef Faridul Ataras(Ibis Klcc) and Chef Mohd Irwan(Adabi) specially flown in from KLCC. Renowned for their mastery in traditional Malaysian cuisine, the chefs will curate menus infused with the flavours and aromas of Malaysia’s diverse culinary landscape — from humble hawker dishes to heirloom recipes.
The thoughtfully crafted set dinner menus will feature both vegetarian-friendly Malaysian staples to suit local palates:
Sayur Lodeh (Vegetable curry simmered in coconut milk)
Roti Jala with Vegetable Dalcha (Laced crepes with lentil stew)
Vegetarian Satay with Peanut Sauce
And non-vegetarian favourites such as:
Nasi Lemak with Sambal Ikan Bilis (Coconut rice with anchovy sambal)
Rendang Ayam (Slow-cooked spiced chicken curry)
Mee Goreng Mamak (Stir-fried noodles in Mamak style)

‘Taste of Malaysia’ is a cultural celebration, complete with traditional Malaysian folk dance performances by Skydance Panorama, décor inspired by Southeast Asian heritage, and hospitality experiences designed to reflect Malaysia’s warmth and charm. Guests will not only dine but also immerse themselves in the spirit and rhythm of Malaysian life.
