Karimnagar (India), January 24: In a bid to address the growing concerns of college students facing challenges in securing jobs due to stage fear and inadequate interview skills, JCI (Junior Chamber International) Karimnagar Excellence and JCI Karimnagar Femipower, local organizations of Zone XII, JCI India have jointly announced a pioneering initiative – a free Employability Training Session tailored for the youth.
The announcement was made during the Local Organization Training Session (LOTS) International Program in Hyderabad, with distinguished personalities such as National President JC Sheersh Dandu, Zone President JC Govind Kankani, and Karimnagar Presidents Riyazuddin and Pavani Reddy lending their support to this noble cause.
A staggering 74 members participated enthusiastically in the program, highlighting the urgent need for such initiatives in the region. The Employability Training Session, conducted in collaboration with JCI India National trainers,Zone Trainers, aims to equip college students with vital skills to overcome stage fear, and ultimately improve their employability prospects, particularly in IT and Non-IT organizations.
