Vivo has also introduced yet another 5G smartphone in China, which is termed as Vivo Y500s. It has a 7,200mAh battery, 6.75-inch display panel, and a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition to that, it has a highly powerful Snapdragon chipset.
In terms of design, it appears similar to Vivo Y500i, which was launched in China earlier in January. This smartphone has a larger battery, basic hardware components, and some minor updates. Let us now take a look at the pricing.
Starting price of the Vivo Y500s model with 8GB + 256GB storage variant is CNY 1,800 (equivalent to Rs. 24,800), whereas the model with 12GB + 256GB memory capacity costs CNY 2,200 (equivalent to Rs. 30,400).
The phone comes in Galaxy Silver, Obsidian Black, and Phoenix Gold color options. You can purchase the phone through the company's official e-store. The listing indicates that the Vivo Y500s will be available for purchase starting March 2026.
