Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10 Lite was officially introduced on Monday, featuring the company' s in- house Exynos 1380 chipset. The new Android tablet is available in three different colors, and an S Pen is included in the box. It has a 10. 9- inch display with a peak brightness of 600 nits. The tablet offers up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. It includes an 8- megapixel rear camera and an 8, 000 mAh battery.
The company has not yet announced the price of the Galaxy Tab S 10 Lite. It will be available in Coral Red, Gray, and Silver starting September 5. Buyers can choose from 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB configurations. It is currently unclear when the tablet will be launched in India.
The Galaxy Tab S 10 Lite runs on Android 15 and features a 10. 9- inch WUXGA + (1, 320 × 2, 112 pixels) TFT display that supports Samsung' s Vision Booster technology, providing a peak brightness of 600 nits. Powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset, it is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB via a MicroSD card slot.
For photography, it has a single 8- megapixel rear camera and a 5- megapixel front- facing camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth 5. 5.3, and Wi- Fi 6.
The tablet comes with an S Pen supporting features like Samsung Notes and Circle to Search. Samsung Notes now includes smart functions such as Handwriting Help, which organizes handwritten notes, and Solve Math, which can solve math equations. It also supports the Book Cover Keyboard (sold separately), which features the Galaxy AI Key. The Galaxy Tab S 10 Lite has an 8, 000 mAh battery, dimensions of 165. 8 × 254. 3 × 6. 6 mm, and weighs 524g.
It supports a wide range of third- party creative and productivity apps, including Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, LumaFusion, Notion, Noteshelf, ArcSite, Sketchbook, and Picsart.
Samsung is offering a one- year free full version of Goodnotes, a six- month free trial of Clip Studio Paint with a 20 percent discount on the first subscription, along with a 66 percent discount on LumaFusion and a one- month free Creator Pass subscription.
