After the spell of heavy rainfall and hailstorms, the state is expected to see sunny weather for four to five days. According to the meteorological department in Jaipur, sunny weather will begin on Thursday, and temperatures may rise by up to 4 degrees. As a result, the heatwave is predicted to intensify gradually.

The weather was clear after a spell of thunderstorms, rainfall, and hailstorms. It was mostly sunny throughout the state on Wednesday. Some areas had partially cloudy weather. Due to the Western Disturbance that has been active for 20 days, the weather remained cool in the month of April. Temperatures were 2 to 9 degrees lower than normal. While the state's maximum temperature reached 40 degrees Celsius in March, the highest temperature on Wednesday was 35.2 degrees Celsius in Chittorgarh.

In the past 24 hours, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Tonk, Jhunjhunu, Alwar, Karauli, and Phalodi experienced partly cloudy skies, with light rain at some locations. Todabhim in Karauli recorded 4 mm of rain, Bansur and Behror in Alwar recorded 2 mm each, Sujangarh and Buhana in Jhunjhunu recorded 2 mm each, and Lohawat in Phalodi received 5 mm of rain. Jaipur's Kotputli area also received 2 mm of rain.

After the rains stopped, day temperatures increased by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Churu, Sriganganagar, Fatehpur, and Dausa. Barmer recorded a maximum temperature of 35.2 degrees Celsius, the highest in the state. Meanwhile, temperatures in Jaipur, Pilani, Sikar, Kota, Udaipur, Churu, and Bikaner remain below normal, resulting in a mild chill in the morning and evening.

Regarding the temperatures in major cities of the state, the weather remained relatively cool on April 8th. Ajmer recorded a maximum temperature of 29.5 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 16.9 degrees Celsius, while Vanasthali Tonk recorded 31.2 degrees Celsius and 17.5 degrees Celsius. Alwar recorded 28.2 degrees Celsius and 15.2 degrees Celsius, while Jaipur recorded 28.6 degrees Celsius and 17.6 degrees Celsius. Pilani recorded 28.8 degrees Celsius and 14.2 degrees Celsius, while Sikar recorded 27.5 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius. Kota recorded 30.2 degrees Celsius and 19.6 degrees Celsius, and Chittorgarh 33.8 degrees Celsius and 22.6 degrees Celsius. Udaipur recorded 31.1 degrees Celsius and 20.5 degrees Celsius.

Barmer recorded the highest maximum temperature of 35.2 degrees and minimum temperature of 23 degrees. Jaisalmer recorded 32.8 and 19, Jodhpur recorded 32.5 and 21.7 degrees. Bikaner recorded 30.2 and 17.3, Churu recorded 31 and 15.7 degrees. Sriganganagar recorded 30.2 and 14.7, Baran recorded 30.7 and 18.1 degrees. Jalore recorded 33.3 and 22.8, Sirohi recorded 28.1 and 17.2 degrees. Fatehpur recorded 29.5 and 15.4, Karauli recorded 30.4 and 18.3 degrees. Dausa recorded 30.6 and 17.6, Pratapgarh recorded 31.6 and 20.8 degrees. Temperature of 28.1 and 14.8 degrees was recorded in Jhunjhunu and 33.5 and 18.8 degrees in Pali.
