Google has unveiled the date of its upcoming hardware event, "Made by Google 2026". The event is scheduled to happen on August 12. On the event, Google can launch the next-generation Pixel 11 range and Pixel Watch 5 range.

Google has not made any official announcement regarding the event yet. However, an invitation that was shared by tech journalist Mark Gurman of Bloomberg and tech YouTuber Marques Brownlee proves the date of the event. It will be held in New York City, USA. As was done last year, Google will unveil its new range of devices at the event.

The event will kick off at 3:30 AM IST on August 13. This timing is somewhat different than what Google used before for its hardware launches. The company is expected to make several major announcements during this event.

According to reports, Google may launch four smartphones under the Pixel 11 series this time. These could include the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

The design shown in the teaser indicates that Google may retain its signature horizontal camera bar design in the new series. A new gold color option may also be introduced in the series this time.

Reports suggest that the Pixel 11 series may feature Samsung's new M16 OLED displays, which could offer higher peak brightness than before. Furthermore, the phones may feature Google's new Tensor G6 processor, which will be built on a 2nm process.

The phone may also feature a MediaTek M90 modem and a new Titan M3 security chip. The camera system could also receive significant upgrades. Storage options could start at 256GB, meaning the 128GB variant could be discontinued.
