boAt Aavante Prime X has been launched in India as the first-ever wireless soundbar by boAt. A 7.1.4-channel surround sound system with Dolby Atmos technology and wireless satellite speakers makes the product offer a theater-like experience at home. Its upward-firing drivers and wireless subwoofers are the key highlights. For wireless streaming, it offers Bluetooth version 5.3 and HDMI eARC connectivity.

The Aavante Prime X is available for purchase at the starting price point of ₹37,999 for the initial two days. The price then shoots up to ₹39,999. The product can be purchased from boAt’s website, as well as from Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading retailers.

The boAt Aavante Prime X features a 7.1.4-channel surround sound setup that supports Dolby Atmos. The company claims it is designed to deliver multi-directional audio with greater depth. This setup includes up-firing drivers, a wireless subwoofer, and detachable rear satellite speakers.

In terms of hardware, the system features an 8-inch subwoofer driver and multiple 2.25-inch drivers across the soundbar and satellite speakers. It supports a frequency response range of 20Hz to 20kHz. Combined, it claims to deliver a peak output power of 700W. boAt also offers dedicated modes for different types of content, including sports, movies, music, and gaming.

A key feature of this experience is the inclusion of wireless satellite speakers. These can be magnetically detached from the soundbar and placed anywhere in the room.

These wireless satellite speakers are powered by a 4,500mAh battery and can deliver up to 12 hours of playback with Dolby Atmos via HDMI. Total playback at 60 percent volume in standard conditions is claimed to be up to 14.5 hours. For content without Dolby, playback is claimed to be up to 7 hours. Connectivity options on the boAt Aavante Prime X include Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI (e-ARC), USB, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an optical input.
