Ans: Overcoming cancer and navigating various transitions in my career and personal life have provided me with firsthand insights. As an IT professional, I’ve encountered many challenges and triumphs that have shaped my understanding of turning 40. 

I realized there was a need to document these experiences and the valuable lessons learned along the way. I wanted to create a collection that celebrates this milestone and encourages readers to embrace their evolving identities with confidence and joy.

Ans: The key themes in the book revolve around resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth. I wanted to highlight the importance of embracing challenges and learning from them. Each chapter reflects on different aspects of life, such as career transitions, personal relationships, and self-care, aiming to provide readers with relatable and inspiring lessons.

03. Can you share an example of a lesson from the book that you think will particularly resonate with readers?

Ans: One lesson that stands out is the importance of self-compassion. We often judge ourselves harshly and set unrealistic expectations. My journey taught me to be kinder to myself, to accept my imperfections, and to celebrate my achievements, no matter how small. I believe this message will resonate with readers who are often their own toughest critics.

04: What motivated you to dedicate the proceeds from your book to the Rohit Memorial Trust?

Ans: The Trust is primarily into Cancer Awareness and Counselling. Having faced cancer myself, I understand the physical, emotional, and financial burdens it imposes. Donating the proceeds from this book is my way of giving back and supporting those who are going through similar struggles. It’s a small step towards making a positive impact in their lives.

Ans: I hope readers take away the message that life is a continuous journey of learning and growth. Every experience, whether positive or negative, shapes who we are and adds to our wisdom.
