Pune (Maharashtra) [India] July 31 : The Blessed Ones School and intervention centre for kids with special needs proudly launched their innovative online platform, “Coables,” in a grand event held in Pune on July 30. The launch was graced by Prof. Prabhat Ranjan, Vice Chancellor of DY Patil University, who inaugurated the platform. The event embodied the school’s motto, “Isolation to Inclusion,” aiming to provide online therapy and interventions to children with special needs.
Coables is designed to connect therapists, doctors, and special education experts with parents seeking interventions and therapies for their children. The platform’s objective is to reach children who cannot physically access institutions and specialized professionals. The launch event saw an enthusiastic turnout with over 170 parents, children, and experts in attendance.
Prof. Prabhat Ranjan, a nuclear fusion research scientist, shared his invaluable insights and experiences in education and the empowerment of individuals with disabilities. He emphasized the crucial role of technology and advancements in AI in enhancing the quality of life for special needs individuals. His examples of work with brain-computer interfaces were particularly inspiring for the audience.
