Born and raised in a traditional Bengali Joint Family, Barun has navigated the complexities of life, marked by the loss of two younger and elder brothers in 2011 and 2021, respectively. Despite these challenges, the family remains united, and Barun finds solace in the love of his daughter, aged 11, his sister-in-law, and her children, forming the bonds of a close-knit joint family.
