New Delhi (India), July 17: Novawires is reshaping the electrical wire market with its direct-to-consumer (D2C) approach. Anuj Kaushik and Pawan Sharma founded Novawires, a new brand of Puja Electrical Industries, a company with 27 years of experience in the electrical supply industry. Now, the company is bringing their expertise directly to homeowners, office builders, and electrical contractors through its brand, Novawires.
Traditionally, electrical wires reach consumers through a network of distributors and retailers. This often leads to price markups and limited access to expert advice. Novawires bypasses this system, offering competitive pricing and fostering a direct relationship with its customers.
“We saw a gap in the market,” explains Pawan Sharma, co-founder of Novawires. “Consumers were often overpaying for wires, and finding the right size and type for their needs felt like a challenge. By going direct-to-consumer, we seek to offer better prices and ensure our customers get exactly what they need.”
