One of Sunil’s defining moments as a leader came during the pandemic, when Wilfley India set up a new manufacturing facility in Sangli, Maharashtra. Inaugurated in May 2022, the plant became fully operational in record time, offering advanced heat treatment, pump assembly, and testing capabilities. It’s a prime example of Sunil’s ability to turn adversity into opportunity.

In parallel, he led efforts to:

• Retain loyal clients while expanding into Asia, Africa, and Australia.
• Launch a new pump range in collaboration with Wilfley’s Denver office.
• Motivate new team members and encourage innovative thinking.
• Improve customer experience by focusing on the total cost of ownership model.
