New Delhi [India], September 25: Global India Couture Week (GICW) Season 5, an extraordinary blend of couture fashion and a luxury expo, concluded with grandeur, aiming to further expand India’s fashion trade. This prestigious event gathered an impressive lineup of regional and international designers, retailers, and media, showcasing talent from emerging designers to industry leaders.
The week kicked off with a stunning collection by designer Robert Naorem and culminated with a dazzling finale by Anju Modi. The runway saw an array of brilliant collections from notable designers, including Sabyasachi Satyapathi, Ama X Aditi Jaggi Rastogi, Shravan Kumar, Geisha Designs, Debjani, Lakshmi Reddy, and more. Additionally, the event showcased handloom collections by Ekta and celebrated fashion houses like Atelier Zuhra, Vatramss, Label M, Earth Piece, and many others.
In true Bollywood style, the runway was graced by the presence of Bollywood personalities such as Seerat Kapoor, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Karishma Kapoor, Karan Singh Chhabra, Simran Bagga, Snigdha Chowdhury, Sophiyya Singh, Rachel Gupta, and Urvashi Rautela, adding a touch of glamour to the event.
