Dr  Ajab, a highly experienced psychologist and counselor with over 17 years of expertise, has made significant contributions to mental health and well-being. Specializing in counseling individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives, she works with schools, organizations, and communities. Her work primarily focuses on emotional and behavioral support, particularly for students with special needs and young adults dealing with relationship concerns.

In addition to one-on-one counseling, Dr Ajab conducts workshops and training programs for teachers and individuals, providing practical tools and strategies to address various emotional and behavioral challenges. She has a strong commitment to equipping teachers and caregivers with techniques to support children with special needs.

Her professional journey includes collaborations with medical professionals, offering emotional support to patients. Dr Ajab has been an associate of the International School Psychology Association (InSPA) since 2014, where she has been recognized twice as the "Best Psychologist" in 2019 and 2022 for her outstanding contributions.

She is a certified practitioner of Positive Psychotherapy, having learned the approach from renowned therapist Louis Hay. Additionally, Dr Ajab Primuswala holds international certification in Access Bars therapy, further expanding her toolkit to support emotional well-being.

As an IIMA counselor since June 2021, Dr Ajab continues to provide personalized support to individuals navigating both personal and professional challenges.
