Avdhesh Gurjar and Anup Jaiswal Journey from college dropout to millionaire

Avdhesh Gurjar and Anup Jaiswal, founders of RD Events, have defied the odds to achieve remarkable success in the face of adversity. Struggling with their fledgling business and burdened by debt, Gurjar and Jaiswal were forced to put their academic pursuits on hold. Yet, just as their fortunes began to turn, the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020, dealing a devastating blow to their event company. Financial turmoil ensued, with even their car payments bouncing. 

Amidst this bleak landscape, a glimmer of hope emerged in the form of Vestige and Team WWD, led by the renowned Sonu Sharma. Embracing Vestige during the pandemic, Gurjar and Jaiswal poured their hearts and souls into their new venture. Leveraging their expertise in digital media, they navigated the challenges with resilience and determination. 

Fast forward four years, and the duo stands triumphant as Universal Crown Directors of the company. Their hard work and perseverance have borne fruit, enabling them to acquire a luxurious flat in Jaipur, drive a prestigious Mercedes car, and achieve a staggering income of crores. However, what truly brings them joy is witnessing the success and happiness of their team leaders.
