Pune (Maharashtra) [India], March 24: Actor Shruti Marathe, known for her work across Marathi, Tamil, and Hindi cinema, today unveiled the show flat of Codename Tree Clouds, a luxurious residential development planned within the 200+ acres SP Kingstown township, located at Hadapsar Annexe along the Pune–Solapur Highway.
The unveiling marked a key moment for the project, offering an early glimpse into its design approach and planned living experience. The event saw the presence of senior leadership from Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, along with selected invitees, who were taken through the show flat to understand the design intent, layout planning, and overall vision for the development.
Part of a larger 200-acre integrated township, Codename Tree Clouds is being conceptualised with a nature-first approach, combining climate-responsive architecture with expansive green spaces and low-density planning. The proposed development will feature 3 and 4 bed residences, with over 75% planned open spaces aimed at enhancing natural light, ventilation, and overall well-being.
