Under his guidance, Smart Axiata cutting-edge services that redefined communication in the region which actually revolutionized Cambodia’s telecom sector. He foresaw the increasing demand for mobile services and jumped at the chance to offer reasonable, high-quality telecom solutions. He demonstrated his business planning and market expansion at the time he bought Ncell, Nepal’s biggest private cell phone company, in 2023.
