Another 5G smartphone from Vivo was launched today in China; it is known as the Vivo Y600 Turbo. This smartphone belongs to the mid-range category. There are three color options in the Y600 Turbo, and it uses a processor named Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Its internal memory options include up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB built-in storage.

There is a dual rear camera arrangement in the device, featuring a primary 50 MP camera. Besides that, it comes with a high-capacity battery and many other impressive specs. Let us first look at the price of the device before discussing its other features.

The Vivo Y600 Turbo is priced starting at CNY 2,299 (roughly Rs. 32,000) for the base 8GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB RAM and storage configurations are priced at CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs. 36,000) and CNY 2,899 (roughly Rs. 40,000) respectively.

The device is available in three colors: Dune Gold, Electric Blue, and Millennium Pink. The handset is currently available for pre-order in China, and its first sale will begin on May 27.

Specifications: The phone features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with support for a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The phone's peak brightness is up to 5,000 nits. This panel also has SGS Low Blue Light certification and TUV Rheinland Flicker-Free certification.

Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, along with an Adreno 810 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS3.1 storage.

There are two rear cameras, namely, a 50 megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2 megapixel secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. On the front side, there is an 8 megapixel camera with an f/2.05 aperture.

The phone also packs a 9,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support. This new model is rated IP68 + IP69 for dust and water resistance.
