A new 5G phone by Vivo will soon be released in China as the company is planning to introduce a phone named Vivo Y600 Pro today. This new model is going to fall under the category of Vivo's Y-series models. According to some reports, this phone is the improved version of Vivo Y500 Pro launched last year in November 2025.

As per Huang Tao, the vice president of Vivo China, the company is all set to release the Vivo Y600 Pro in China today, i.e., April 27, and the initial sale of this phone may commence from April 30 onwards. This new phone can come in various colors such as Floating Gold, Bright Moon Black, Vast Blue, and Starry Purple.

However, Vivo has not yet provided any information about its availability outside of China. However, after the launch in China, the company may soon launch it in India and other countries.

Specifications: The phone is expected to feature a 6.83-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (1,260 x 2,800 pixels) and will also include eye-protection features. The device may run on OriginOS 6 based on the latest Android 16.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Camera-wise, the phone is expected to feature a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera.
