A new Tecno slim smartphone is about to be unveiled soon. There’s a newly added Tecno Camon Slim phone spotted on the Carlcare Service portal. This device includes the model number and storage variants of the upcoming smartphone. Additionally, the phone is found in both the US FCC and the TÜV Rheinland portals.
According to a report by The Tech Outlook, the as-yet-unannounced Tecno Camon Slim has been spotted on the Carlcare Service website with the model number CN6c. The listing suggests that the handset will feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage.
In the US FCC portal, the model number CN6c used in the Tecno Camon Slim is identical. The phone has a charging adapter model number U600TSA, which indicates that it has 60W fast wired charging capability. It is equipped with a 7,000mAh Lithium Polymer Battery (BL-68DX).
The FCC listing screenshot also gives a glimpse of the Tecno Camon Slim's rear design. It features a horizontal, pill-shaped camera module with two sensors that closely resembles the design of the Tecno Spark Slim. The listing also mentions the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, along with Bluetooth and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity options.
Interestingly, the TÜV Rheinland certification listing suggests two different battery variants inside the Tecno Camon Slim – 5,800mAh and 5,430mAh, which differs from the information in the FCC database. This suggests that Tecno may be planning to launch different variants of the device for different markets.
There is also talk that the Tecno Camon Slim may feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. It is expected to bring significant upgrades over older slim phones like the Spark Slim and Pova Slim.
