OnePlus 15R was introduced to India last year in two RAM/Storage variants, with the high variant offering 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. But now, there's another variant: 16GB RAM & 512GB Storage. This model does not come cheaper but is offered with the same specifications except for increased RAM capacity. The device is equipped with an Octa-core Snapdragon 8 Series SoC, along with a 7400mAh battery pack offering 80W Fast Charging support.

The OnePlus 15R in the 16GB RAM & 512GB Storage variant will cost you ₹61,999 in India. The older base model, having 12GB RAM & 256GB storage, is available at ₹54,999, while the 12GB + 512GB storage variant will be yours at ₹59,999.

The handset is available for sale in India through OnePlus' online store and Amazon. The OnePlus 15R is offered in Charcoal Black, Mint Breeze, and Electric Violet color options.

The dual-SIM smartphone is powered by OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. The OnePlus 15R features a 6.83-inch full-HD+ (1,272×2,800 pixels) AMOLED display with up to a 165Hz refresh rate, 450 ppi pixel density, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It carries an IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K rating for dust and water resistance.

Powering the phone is a Qualcomm 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with a peak clock speed of up to 3.8GHz. It comes with an Adreno 8-series GPU for graphics, up to 16GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The handset also features a new G2 Wi-Fi chip and a touch response chip. The OnePlus 15R packs a large 7,400mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support. Its dimensions are 163.4×77×8.3mm, and it weighs around 219 grams.

In terms of camera, the OnePlus 15R features a DetailMax Engine-powered dual rear camera system. Its primary shooter is a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) shooter with OIS support, paired with an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) ultrawide camera with a 112-degree field-of-view. For selfies and video calls, it has a 32-megapixel (f/2.0) front camera. The handset can record videos at up to 4K/120 fps.
