The Renault India Company which forms part of the Renault Group, has released the mileage of the new Duster Turbo TCe. The vehicle boasts an ARAI-certified mileage of 19.41kmpl. The car has impressive performance and very high fuel economy features.
Speaking on the same, Dr. V. Vikraman who is the Engineering Head at Renault Group India said, “ARAI certified mileage reflects Renault’s philosophy on engineering and customer care services.” In order to achieve good performance and high fuel economy, the engine incorporates technologies like turbocharging and improved combustion technologies.
The Renault Duster TCe 100 vehicle is made on a completely new RGMP platform. Its engine has been specifically made and optimized to suit the advanced platform. The new Duster Turbo TCe 100 vehicle has a six-speed transmission and is quite fast responsive. The engine develops 100PS of power and 160Nm torque.
This turbocharged powertrain is designed to deliver excellent performance, smooth driving, and improved mileage across all terrains and driving conditions.
It's powered by a 1.0-liter, 999cc, three-cylinder engine that produces 100 PS (98.6 bhp) at 5,000 rpm and 160 Nm of torque. It's front-wheel drive and comes paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
