Home security company CP Plus has teamed up with Qualcomm Technologies to launch a new series of AI-driven and insight-driven video security solutions for industrial, institutional, public safety, and enterprise markets. This partnership brings together CP Plus's wide range of cameras and distribution channels with Qualcomm Dragonwing Processor, as well as Qualcomm Insight Platform.

This will provide support for security and analytics on industrial, enterprise, public, institutional, and residential spaces with Edge Box-based AI Analytics in CP PLUS’s Video Management System.

Regarding this partnership, Aditya Khemka, Managing Director of CP Plus, said, "As India's leading video security brand, it's our responsibility to deliver solutions that are reliable and adaptable to changing times. Together, we will collaborate on on-device AI technology. Together, the two companies are building next-generation video intelligence, designed in India and ready for the world."

CP PLUS cameras powered by the Qualcomm Insight platform will be connected to an advanced AI network. These will support intelligence entirely through cloud or local networks and an air-gapped architecture. This will reduce latency and server dependency. This will benefit users by providing real-time alerts and notifications.

It will also support a generative AI assistant based on LLM technology, allowing users to ask questions to the system. The platform will support a wide range of monitoring applications, including workforce management, logistics, and safety facilities.
