Jio currently provides three types of plans, and during this limited-time offer, users can get the most expensive subscription at a reduced price.
On Tuesday, the music and podcast streaming service revealed that it is offering a JioSaavn Pro monthly subscription for just Rs 9, normally priced at Rs 99. This special pricing is available for a limited time, allowing users to enjoy all the advantages of JioSaavn Pro for the first two months.
Additionally, Jio subscribers will receive one month of JioSaavn Pro free with the Rs 349 prepaid plan. The platform currently offers three subscription options: the most affordable being JioSaavn Pro Lite, which costs Rs 5 per day or Rs 19 per week and provides ad-free music and unlimited downloads.
The JioSaavn Pro Student plan is priced at Rs 49 per month and includes features like unlimited JioTunes with improved audio quality. It offers all the benefits of the Pro Lite plan, including ad-free music and unlimited downloads.
Lastly, the JioSaavn Pro Individual plan costs Rs 99 per month, or Rs 89 with auto-pay activated, and offers all the features of the Student plan. This is the plan currently being offered at Rs 9 for a limited time. The platform also has a JioTunes+ plan at Rs 49 per month, which allows unlimited JioTunes.
This promotion comes shortly after Jio announced that it was providing three months of JioSaavn Pro free to its prepaid and postpaid customers. This limited-time offer was available until August 31 through the MyJio app, and it included all the benefits of the JioSaavn Pro plan.
