A heavy rainfall forecast has been issued for eastern Rajasthan starting July 11. Today, the Meteorological Department issued a yellow alert for rain in 27 districts of the state. Additionally, there is a warning of heavy rain in Alwar, Bharatpur, and Dholpur. The state has received 121 percent more rain from July 1 to 8 during this monsoon season. Meanwhile, the average rainfall in June was over 120 percent above normal. 

On Wednesday, many districts in western Rajasthan experienced heavy rains, leading to a decrease in maximum temperatures there. On Tuesday, continuous rain in Hanumangarh caused flooding at the Collector and SP offices. Late-night rain caused the roof of a thatched house to collapse, burying a woman who died in the incident.

Radheshyam Sharma, Director of the Meteorological Center Jaipur, states that a low-pressure system is currently active over West Bengal and Jharkhand, which will move northwestward in the next one or two days. As a result, the rainy season is expected to continue in the state until July 13. There may be additional rainfall in some southeastern districts of Rajasthan on July 11. 

The rainy season has slightly subsided in the past 4-5 days, reducing water inflow to dams. However, due to heavy rains in June's second half, about 70 small dams have been completely filled, and 408 dams have been partially filled. The water level in Bisalpur Dam is also rising steadily, reaching 313.91 meters by Thursday morning.
