Akasa Air is dealing with the growing tensions and deteriorating situation in the Middle East, which is referred to as West Asia. The airline has decided to postpone flights to Doha, Riyadh, and Kuwait until April 5.

The company has clarified that passenger safety is its top priority, and they are constantly reviewing the situation.

The good news is that flights to Jeddah will go on as scheduled. If you are traveling to Jeddah from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, and Kozhikode, you can go as scheduled. If there are any further changes in these routes, passengers will be informed separately.

Passengers whose flights have been cancelled need not panic. Akasa Air has completely waived cancellation and rescheduling charges on the affected routes.

  • If you wish to change your travel date, you can do so without additional charges.
  • If you cancel your ticket, the company has promised a full refund within 7 days.
  • The company is monitoring the situation and will resume services as soon as normalcy returns.
