Prime Minister Modi said, 'This budget is a reflection of the young aspirations of young India. Two important decisions have been taken in the budget. It has been announced to create a fund of Rs 1 lakh crore for research and innovation, expansion of tax exemption available to startups has also been announced in the budget. In this, while keeping the fiscal deficit under control, the capital expenditure has been given a historic high of Rs 11 lakh 11 thousand 111 crore.
The Prime Minister said that we have built more than 4 crore houses for the poor in villages and cities, and now we have set a target of building 2 crore more new houses. We had set a target of making 2 crore women Lakhpati Didi, now this target has been increased to 3 crore.
He said that today very important and big decisions have been taken for the farmers in this budget. The use of NANO DAP, new schemes for animals, expansion of PM Matsya Sampada Yojana and self-reliant oil seed campaign will increase the income of farmers and reduce expenses.
