Jyotsna Kushwaha, a distinguished legal professional from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has been awarded the title of Best Lawyer in Lucknow at the Forever Business Awards 2024. Born and raised in Lucknow, Jyotsna comes from a family steeped in legal tradition, with her father serving in the UP Judicial Services. After earning her law degree from Lucknow University in 2009, she began her career as an advocate with the Lucknow Bar Association. She later gained extensive experience as a Law Officer at United India Insurance for five years, before achieving her dream of joining NTPC Ltd., one of India's leading Maharatna companies.
At NTPC, Jyotsna showcased her legal expertise by managing complex matters involving company law, arbitration, labor laws, and environmental regulations. Her contributions have solidified her reputation as an accomplished and versatile legal professional.
