Raised amidst the natural beauty of Doda, Deep Singh grew up with a profound connection with his surroundings. The tranquil environment fostered his love for everything natural and pure, a theme he passionately expresses in his writing. Armed with a Master’s degree in English and a B.Ed from prestigious institutions like the University of Jammu, the University of Kashmir, and Maulana Azad University, Hyderabad, Singh now dedicates his life to educating the next generation. His experiences as a teacher add layers of thoughtfulness and empathy to his poetry.
Writing has always been Deep Singh’s passion from a young age. His poetic journey began at 16, and since then, he has continued to pour his heart into the craft. His poetry spans various themes, from the praise of nature and romance to ballads and reflections on societal issues.
