The learning journey, designed with upGrad Enterprise, combined workshops, leader coaching, micro learning, gamified assessments, and action planning to upskill employees in operations, claims, underwriting, and service delivery to own customer issues end-to-end and reimagine service with empathy and speed.

Entries were assessed by a panel of veteran industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and senior executives based on the below criteria:
